CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA - Junior Vincent Renaut (Plymouth, Mass.) of the No. 13 United States Merchant Marine Academy wrestling team defeated Augsburg College junior Orlando Ponce (Hialeah, Fla.) for the 165-pound National Championship on Saturday evening. Renaut etches his name in the Kings Point history books as he becomes the first wrestler in school history to take home a national championship.
